The Golden Rule  Dr. Harry J. Gensler, Professor of Philosophy at John Carroll University, did his masters thesis and doctoral dissertation on the Golden Rule.  He has written several books on logic and ethics along with an entry on the Golden Rule in the Blackwell Dictionary of Business Ethics.  A great place to start an inquiry into the power of the Golden Rule.
